Every month there is a newsletter, and files on forciable entry and detainer list of court ordered evications that is in the newsletter for our members. The Sauk Valley Newspaper and Dixon Telegraph gives our members a 10% discount for advertizing a house or apartment for rent. 10 % discount at Sterling and Rock Falls Do It Best Hardware (Grummert's Hardware) When we have speakers the meetings are video taped, so if you miss a meeting you can watch it at home. Dues are $50.00 for a 12 month membership.
